Which Country Shares Your Values?

Which countries' values are closest to yours? 44 questions from the World Values Survey and the European Values Study, which asked them of about 155,000 people in 92 countries in 2017–22: religion, family and gender roles, work, trust, what can be justified, democracy and the economy. About 7 minutes.

You get your place on a map of the world's values (secular vs traditional values, and trust), your scores on six value dimensions compared with the world and with a few countries, and the countries whose people answer most like you and least like you. The model uses only these answers: nothing about where you are.

How the test was made, and what the data show about the world's values, is explained in the write-up.
