Embryo Selection Simulator
Couples doing IVF can now have their embryos' DNA read and get polygenic predictions: estimates of each embryo's chances of diseases and of where it would fall on traits like height or intelligence. You will see twelve couples' sets of five embryos. For each set, rank the embryos in the order you would want them transferred.
Each prediction is shown relative to the couple's average embryo (0), in standard deviations of the trait: +1 means one standard deviation more of the trait than the couple's average embryo, and for a disease, more risk. Every prediction comes with a 95% interval: the range the child's actual value is expected to fall in. Narrow intervals mean an accurate prediction; wide ones mean the genes say little. Accuracy differs between traits and between couples, and is often better than what is possible today. Each set shows 7 of 15 traits; every embryo's sex is shown too.
There are no right answers. Afterwards you see which traits drove your choices. About 10 minutes.

Two optional questions, asked once: your age and sex let the results be broken down by who took the test.
Sex as at birth; gender as you identify. Languages you grew up speaking; several are fine, separated by commas. Leave blank anything you would rather not say.
